Nyquist Plot for 3 and 4 Real Poles

Applet compares Nyquist plot and transient response of 3 and 4 pole systems.
The phase of the 4p goes from 0 to -360° while that of the 3p goes from 0 to -270°.
eg parameters
(K, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, 2.0, w) show that the 4p system reaches 70° phase margin with K = 1.62, w = 0.57, and the 3p system reaches -70° phase margin at K = 1.95, w = 0.74.
(K, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, 1.0, 2.0, w) show that the 4p system oscillates at K = 4.0, w = 1.0, and the 3p system oscillates at K = 8, w = 1.73.
