Quadratic optimal control for PI control can be examined by
the following applet:-
For fixed K and variable Ti some examples are:-
Parameters (5.0, 1.0, 2.1, 1.0, 1.0), J = 1.140564, z = 0.7582
Parameters (7.5, 1.0, 2.4, 1.0, 1.0), J = 1.245243, z = 0.7958
Parameters (10.0, 1.0, 2.7, 1.0, 1.0), J = 1.330387, z = 0.8366
For varying K and Ti some examples are
(1.54, 1.0, 1.3, 1.0, 1.0) J = 0.986093, z = 0.6980 and closed loop poles at
-0.615, -1.924.
(1.58, 0.5, 1.1, 1.0, 1.0) J = 1.011569, z = 0.9308 and closed loop poles at
-0.634, -4.525.
